# Possessions — extended product reference

> Possessions is private ownership-operations software for people whose properties and valuable assets are spread across countries, currencies, storage locations, spreadsheets, messages and calendars.

Possessions is built and operated by LIGHT AND DARK ENERGY LTD, company number 15095270, registered in England and Wales. The canonical website is https://possessionsglobal.com/.

## The problem

Possessions is designed for an owner who needs to answer five practical questions without reconstructing information from several tools:

1. What do I own?
2. Where is it kept or operated?
3. What is it currently worth according to the source I selected?
4. What does it cost, earn or require next?
5. Which details or documents need additional protection?

It is particularly relevant when a household manages several homes, rental properties, vehicles, yachts, artworks, collections or storage locations across more than one city or country.

## What the product is

Possessions is a private operating view for ownership administration. It connects each possession to location choices, current estimates, currencies, obligations, running costs, income, occupancy, encrypted notes and encrypted attachments.

It is not an investment manager, family-office accounting platform, bank-feed aggregator, password manager, valuation firm, insurer, tax adviser, law firm or regulated custodian.

## Supported possessions

- Property: personal homes, rental properties and mixed-use property.
- Vehicles: make, model, model year, odometer value and kilometres or miles.
- Yachts and boats: location, marina, maintenance, insurance and operating obligations.
- Art and individual collectible objects.
- Collections that may be distributed across several locations.
- Storage locations with their own rent, insurance, access and inspection obligations.
- Rights and distinctions: claimed baronies, manorial titles, hereditary or contractual rights, honorary distinctions and micronational designations.
- Other unusual assets entered manually.

For rights and distinctions, inclusion records the user's evidence and claimed status. It does not certify legal recognition, nobility, transferability, inheritance rules or market value.

## Locations and privacy

Each possession may use an exact map point, an approximate point displaced by up to roughly 10 kilometres, or no visible map point. A protected exact coordinate may be encrypted separately. Public pages and the interactive demo use fictional data.

## Values and currencies

Users enter a current estimate and identify its source as their own estimate, purchase price or professional valuation. Possessions does not currently generate a professional or guaranteed valuation. Amounts in different currencies are not added together or silently converted. Users choose a base currency for data entry and preferred currencies for convenient selection.

## Obligations, cash flow and occupancy

An obligation can represent tax, insurance, maintenance, utilities, storage, marina fees, licences or another dated responsibility. Cash-flow entries represent income or operating cost and may be one-off or recurring. Occupancy records distinguish personal stays, guest bookings, blocked dates and maintenance. Airbnb iCalendar import provides dates only, not payouts, guest identities or messages.

## Private Vault and recovery

The service uses a random Quantum ID instead of an access email. A user chooses a Master Secret and receives a separate Recovery Key. Designated Private Vault notes, protected coordinates, attachment names and attachment contents are encrypted in the browser. Operational fields needed for maps, filters, calculations and calendars are not all end-to-end encrypted. If both the Master Secret and Recovery Key are lost, protected content cannot be recovered.

Possessions is private and pseudonymous, not absolutely anonymous or immune to compromise.

## Demo and memberships

The fictional interactive demo at https://possessionsglobal.com/vault/demo is free and requires no account or payment card. There is no free trial for private user data.

- Private: GBP 19 monthly or GBP 190 yearly plus applicable tax; up to 5 possessions.
- Portfolio: GBP 39 monthly or GBP 390 yearly plus applicable tax; up to 25 possessions.
- Family: GBP 99 monthly or GBP 990 yearly plus applicable tax; unlimited possessions in one vault subject to reasonable fair use.

Annual billing provides twelve months for the price of ten. Monthly pricing is presented first. Paid access is currently limited to eligible billing addresses outside the EU/EEA and remains subject to Stripe Managed Payments availability and compliance controls.
