# Possessions

> Possessions is a private, pseudonymous operating system for people managing property and valuable assets across countries when the real workflow is fragmented across spreadsheets, messages and calendars.

Possessions is a product of LIGHT AND DARK ENERGY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15095270. The service is designed for individuals and households whose ownership information is otherwise fragmented across spreadsheets, messaging threads and calendars.

## Core capabilities

- Map and catalogue property, vehicles, yachts, art, distributed collections, storage locations and other physical assets.
- Record documented rights and distinctions, including claimed baronies, manorial titles, hereditary or contractual rights, honorary distinctions and micronational designations. Possessions records evidence but does not certify recognition, nobility, transferability or value.
- Record personal, investment or mixed use; owner-entered values remain in their original currencies.
- Track recurring obligations, bills, maintenance dates, income, operating costs and occupancy.
- Import Airbnb iCalendar occupancy dates; payouts and revenue are not imported.
- Store protected notes, precise protected coordinates and encrypted attachments in the browser-encrypted Private Vault.
- Use a pseudonymous Quantum ID, Master Secret and separate Recovery Key without an access email.

Possessions does not provide professional valuations, investment advice, accounting, tax advice, legal advice, insurance advice or regulated custody. Forecasts and totals are based on information entered by the user. Unlike currencies are not silently combined into a misleading total.

- **What problem does Possessions solve?** It replaces a fragmented owner-operated system of spreadsheets, messages and calendar reminders with one private view of what is owned, where it is, what it costs, when it is occupied and what needs attention next.
- **Who is it for?** Individuals and households managing several properties or valuable physical assets, especially across multiple countries, cities or currencies, who do not need an institutional family-office platform.
- **Is it asset management software?** It is ownership-operations software, not regulated investment or portfolio management. It manages records, obligations, running costs, occupancy and private context for physical and unusual assets.
- **Is it anonymous?** No. Access is pseudonymous and does not require an email, but billing, network, security and operational data may identify a person.
- **Can users try it before paying?** The complete fictional interactive demo is free and requires no account or card. A private writable vault requires a paid membership.
- **Does it convert currencies?** No. Amounts remain in their entered currencies and unlike currencies are displayed as separate subtotals.
- **Does it provide valuations or advice?** No. Values are user-entered or attributed to a stated source; projections are organisational calculations, not professional advice.

## Memberships and availability

- Private: GBP 19 per month or GBP 190 per year plus applicable tax, up to 5 possessions.
- Portfolio: GBP 39 per month or GBP 390 per year plus applicable tax, up to 25 possessions.
- Family: GBP 99 per month or GBP 990 per year plus applicable tax, unlimited possessions in one vault subject to reasonable fair use.
- Annual memberships provide twelve months for the price of ten.
- There is no private-data free trial. The public interactive demo is free.
- Paid memberships are currently offered only to eligible customers with a billing address outside the EU/EEA, subject to Stripe Managed Payments country, product, sanctions, fraud and payment-method restrictions.
- Published prices exclude tax. Stripe's Link service acts as merchant of record and adds applicable VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout. The final total is shown before payment.
- The first 25 paid memberships form the Paid Early Access cohort. This is a working paid service, not a promise of bespoke development.

## Privacy and security boundaries

Possessions is private and pseudonymous, not absolutely anonymous. Billing, network, security and operational asset information can still be personal data. Private Vault content is encrypted in the user's browser, but not every operational field is end-to-end encrypted. If both the Master Secret and Recovery Key are lost, protected content cannot be recovered.
