The first 25 paid memberships are for people already managing several properties or valuable physical assets across places, currencies and calendars.

Who it is for

Possessions is built for an owner whose homes, rental properties, vehicles, yachts, art or stored objects have outgrown a spreadsheet, WhatsApp threads and disconnected reminders. It is especially useful when ownership crosses countries or combines personal and investment use.

What you can use today

• one map and inventory for property and other physical assets;
• exact, approximate or hidden location display;
• values kept honestly in their original currencies;
• obligations, recurring costs, cash flow and occupancy calendars;
• browser-encrypted private notes, documents and protected coordinates;
• a separate Recovery Key, authenticated export and vault deletion.

Choose the size of your operating view

• Private: £19 monthly or £190 yearly plus tax, for up to 5 possessions.
• Portfolio: £39 monthly or £390 yearly plus tax, for up to 25 possessions.
• Family: £99 monthly or £990 yearly plus tax, with unlimited possessions in one vault under fair use.

Annual membership provides twelve months for the price of ten. There is no free private-data trial: the complete interactive demo can be explored without an account or card.

What Early Access means

The core service and paid checkout are operational. Early Access gives the first 25 members a closer product relationship while we refine onboarding and everyday workflows. It is not a promise of bespoke development, bank feeds, professional valuation, guaranteed reminders, multi-person roles or custom integrations.

Where membership is available

Paid membership is currently available in supported countries outside the EU/EEA, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Eligibility and applicable tax are confirmed at checkout.
