How Possessions works

Possessions is a private operating system for property, yachts, vehicles, art, storage and other valuable objects. It brings locations, values, obligations, availability and cash flow into one calm view.

1. Create a private identity

You receive a random Quantum ID and choose a Master Secret. No email is required for product access. Save the separate Recovery Key: it is the only recovery route if the Master Secret is lost.

2. Build your private atlas

Add an exact coordinate, an approximate area, or no visible location. Record the type and value of each possession and whether it is personal, investment or mixed use.

3. Run each possession

Add bills, taxes, insurance, maintenance, income and operating costs. Recurring entries are annualised to give a simple portfolio cash-flow projection.

4. Understand availability

Mark personal stays, guest bookings, maintenance and blocked periods. A private Airbnb iCalendar export can import booked dates; it does not import payouts, guest identities or messages.

5. Keep sensitive context separate

Private Vault notes are encrypted in your browser before storage. Operational fields needed to calculate and display the service are stored separately and are not all end-to-end encrypted.
