What the template helps you organise

Use one row per property, one row per obligation and one row per cash-flow entry. The workbook annualises recurring income and costs, counts upcoming obligations and groups portfolio figures by currency without inventing an exchange rate.

Use it safely

An ordinary spreadsheet is not an appropriate place for safe combinations, alarm credentials, passport data or exact private access instructions. Keep the workbook on a device and storage location appropriate to the sensitivity of the information you enter.

Where spreadsheets begin to fail

Import what already works

If you later use Possessions, save the Properties sheet as CSV and align its columns with the in-product import template. Sensitive notes are deliberately excluded from bulk import so they can be added intentionally inside the encrypted Private Vault.

Move from rows to operations

A dedicated system becomes useful when each possession needs a map position, recurring work, cash flow, availability, encrypted documents and protected instructions—not another row that must be interpreted months later.

Compare the workbook with a connected operating view.
